The
iR-dPaBox Robotic DE-Palletizer efficiently handles both random and
homogeneous loads with a single robotic cell. Utilizing advanced
vision-guided ViPoCo technology, it accurately identifies each
carton on a layer, picking one or more cases at a time and
seamlessly placing them single file on a sorter infeed system. This
proven technology offers a reliable and flexible solution to meet
all your incoming load handling needs.
iR-dPaBag, iR-BagEmpty
The
iR-dPaBag Robotic De-Palletizer is designed to efficiently handle
bags from incoming pallets using a single robotic cell. Equipped
with advanced vision-guided ViPoCo technology, it accurately
identifies each bag on a layer, picking one or more bags at a time
and guiding them to the fine-cutting area. The bags are then cut
open, the contents emptied into a hopper, and the empty bags
discarded. Multiple safety zones enable operators to remove empty
pallets and load full ones without interrupting the cell's
operation, ensuring continuous productivity.
