This compact and efficient linear washing, filling, and capping machine features a sleek design and advanced functionality. It includes a four-stage bottle sterilization process involving hot water, detergent water, product water, and air wash to ensure thorough cleaning.
Operating on a linear principle with a rotary actuator-based mechanism, the machine requires manual bottle loading. It is equipped with special robotic arms for automatic bottle unloading onto the conveyor.
